As a way to say thanks and to uphold a good quality product that you’re happy to have, any customer is eligible to do a one-time exchange of scrunchies that have stitching issues within 30 days after date of purchase.
Stitching issues will include:
- frayed edges
- fabric coming off
- broken elastic
Please note that the double/triple stitch on the side of the scrunchie is not an error. It is intentionally done to secure the scrunchies. Normal wear and tear of these items do not apply as well.
In the unfortunate event that you get a product with stitching issues, kindly message me along with clear pictures and details of it.
